Delivery time
While we strive to deliver within this timeframe, please keep in mind that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes cause delays.
The current delivery time is shown when you select the delivery method at checkout. The delivery time is also shown on the order confirmation.
Please note that none of our carriers offer deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping cost
The cost is fixed, regardless of the size or weight of your order.
The cost you see is the final price, with no additional charges or taxes upon delivery.
Home Delivery (Swiss Post)
Your package will be delivered Monday to Friday by 4:00 PM.
If you are not present during a delivery attempt, the courier will leave a notice in your mailbox indicating which post office you can pick up your package from.
After 10 business days at the post office, the package will be automatically returned to us. We will then process the refund and send you an email confirming that the refund has been issued.
Climate compensated delivery
Some carbon emissions are unavoidable, but they can be compensated. Swiss Post supports climate compensation through worldwide projects that meet the highest standards (Gold Standard). They are investing in modern biogas plants that collect greenhouses gas and use it to generate heat and electricity. Biogas plants are also used in Cambodia to create a clean fuel for Cambodian houses.
Tracking your order
We'll send you an email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Please allow up to 3 working days for tracking information to become available.
All our parcels are shipped from Poland. You won't be able to track your parcel while it's in transit between Poland and the delivery country. The tracking will become active once the package arrives at the sorting facility in your country.
